Amy Bowness: manchester, lancashire, United Kingdom; Amy Marie Bowness is a recent graduate from the University of Bolton with a BA (HONS) in textiles/surface design. Amy employs unusual and quirky approaches to design. She has explored her creativity through drawing, painting and collage for design in digital print, experimenting with Photoshop and Illustrator. Amy focuses her work towards digital printed fabrics using screen printed processes as an embellishment tool. Amy expresses her imagination through her designs by telling a story with her unusual and distinctive drawings style, experimenting with different media gives her work a sense of modernism and individuality.
